• 1.  MLP will supply 1 home plate umpire for each game in the Minors/Majors by local High School & College Students and Grandfathers.
• 2.  To accommodate the competitive aspect of the game, scores will be recorded by each team for their games. 
• 3.  Score boards will be available for volunteers to assist.
• 4.  All teams MUST HAVE Parental Coaching volunteers.  1 Lead Manager & 1 Assistant minimum.
• 5.  As an instructional/developmental league, all players are to be constantly rotated and all line ups will include all players.
• 6. We will continue posting updates as they become available.
• 7. We ask all teams if they have someone that would  like to sponsor the team before we assign outside sponsors.
